Artículo cuarto. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1996, los Instructores de tiempo parcial se remunerarán por horas de trabajo según la siguiente escala: Grado Remuneración 01 A 04 $3.762 05 A 08 4.245 09 A 12 5.118 13 A 16 6.684 Los médicos y odontólogos de tiempo parcial se remunerarán a razón de seis mil seiscientos ochenta y cuatro pesos ($6.684.00) moneda corriente, hora-mes. De la remuneración por hora establecida en este artículo, el ochenta y cinco por ciento (85%) corresponde al reconocimiento de tiempo efectivamente trabajado y el quince por ciento (15%) restante al pago del descanso remunerado.
