º. Rendimiento mínimo anual por préstamos otorgados por la sociedad a sus socios. Para el año gravable de 1999, la tasa de interés para determinar el rendimiento mínimo anual de todo préstamo en dinero, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza o denominación que otorguen las sociedades a sus socios o accionistas, será del 23,08% de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 35 del Estatuto Tributario.
