Las sumas a que se refieren los artículos 2° 4° y 5 ° serán entregadas por la Nación a la Tesorería General del Departamento del Magdalena, la cual tendrá la obligación de rendir las cuentas correspondientes a la Contraloría General de la República, según reglamentación que esta entidad dictará para tal efecto.
