Definición . Las especies náufragas que no fueren o hubieren sido rescatadas en los términos señalados en el artículo 710 del Código Civil, se considerarán antigüedades náufragas, tendrán la naturaleza especial que se señala en el artículo siguiente y pertenecen a la Nación.
