Beneficiarios de Devolución de Áreas para la formalización. Los pequeños mineros a favor de quienes opere la devolución de áreas de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente aplicable, así como los pequeños mineros que requieren ser reubicados debido a restricciones ambientales o sociales en la zona donde están ejerciendo sus labores; se sujetarán a las hectáreas y producción prevista para la clasificación de la pequeña minería señalada en los artículos 2.2.5.1.5.4 y 2.2.5.1.5.5 del presente decreto.
