Créditos educativos para personas con discapacidad. Con fundamento en el inciso 2° del artículo 61 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional propenderá por mantener y ampliar la cobertura del fondo constituido y administrado en el Icetex, para financiar el acceso y permanencia de personas con discapacidad en programas de pregrado del nivel técnico profesional, tecnológico y profesional universitario.
