° Cuando la liquidación oficial aumente la cuantía de la renta líquida declarada y. por consiguiente modifique el valor de la amortización anual, el excedente se cancelará dentro del plazo establecido por el inciso 4° del artículo 94 del Decreto 1651 de 1961; si la disminuye, el sobrante podrá ser imputado a la primera cuota de amortización del .año siguiente.
