Responsabilidad solidaria. Mientras no se haya efectuado y comprobado la eliminación del desecho o residuo peligroso de plaguicidas y de los plaguicidas en desuso, el receptor es solidariamente responsable con el generador.

Parágrafo

El generador tiene la obligación de administrar sus existencias de plaguicidas en forma apropiada, segura y ambientalmente racional y tomar las medidas necesarias para evitar que esas existencias se conviertan en plaguicidas en desuso.
