Art. 1°. Asígnase al Ingeniero del Ferrocarril de la Sabana Sr. Silvio Peña un sobresueldo de cincuenta pesos ($ 50) oro mensuales, con el objeto de que se encargue de todo lo referente á la reparación de las carreteras de Mosquera á Barroblanco y de Madrid á la Boca del Monte de La Mesa, y del camino de herradura de este punto á la estación del Ferrocarril de Girardot.
