º Especialistas Del Segundo Grupo

Decreto 2909 de 1991 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1214 de 1990, Estatuto y Régimen Prestacional del Personal Civil del Ministerio de Defensa y la Policía Nacional.

º Especialistas del Segundo Grupo . Podrán ser Especialistas del Segundo Grupo, además de los contemplados en el artículo 11 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, quienes acrediten experiencia e idoneidad en una especialidad, con el lleno de los siguientes requisitos

Haber trabajado por un mínimo de tres (3) años en especialidad respectiva.

Presentar y aprobar el examen de conocimientos en la especialidad, que será practicado y evaluado por la respectiva autoridad nominadora o por quien ésta delegue.

Que exista la vacante.
