Definición. El Subsistema Nacional de la Calidad (SNCA), está compuesto por instituciones públicas y privadas que realizan actividades de cualquier orden para la formulación, ejecución y seguimiento de las políticas en materia de normalización, reglamentación técnica, acreditación, evaluación de la conformidad, metrología y vigilancia y control.

Artículo 2.2.1.7.1.4. Definición.
