En el acto administrativo que confiera la comisión deberá expresarse su duración, que podrá ser hasta por treinta (30) días, prorrogables por razones del servicio, y por una sola vez hasta por treinta (30) días más, salvo para aquellos empleos que tengan funciones específicas de inspección y vigilancia. Prohíbese toda comisión de servicio de carácter permanente.
