Junta asesora. Para el desarrollo del proceso de supresión se contará con una Junta Asesora, conformada por tres (3) miembros designados por el Presidente de la República. A las sesiones de la Junta Asesora podrán ser invitados los representantes legales de las entidades que asuman las funciones trasladadas o sus delegados, quienes actuarán con voz y sin voto.
