º DE LA CREACION DE SOCIEDADES DE ECONOMIA MIXTA Y DE PARTICIPACION DEPARTAMENTAL. La creación de sociedades de economía mixta y de sociedades en las que los Departamentos tengan menos del cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) de su capital social, así como la participación de los Departamentos en sociedades ya constituidas, deberán ser autorizadas por las Asambleas. Estas también podrán investir de precisas facultades a los Gobernadores para que ellos dispongan sobre su creación y organización.
