Nombramiento de liquidador; procedimiento . La liquidación de las empresas de servicios públicos se hará siempre por una persona que designe o contrate la Superintendencia; el liquidador dirigirá la actuación bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad, y la terminará en el plazo que señale el Superintendente. El liquidador tendrá las facultades y deberes que corresponden a los liquidadores de instituciones financieras, en cuanto no se opongan a las normas especiales contenidas en la Ley 142 de 1994.
