Las disposiciones penales de la Ley 81 de 1º931 se aplicarán en la recaudación de la cuota militar, para lo cual regirá también el ejercicio de la jurisdicción coactiva. El Gobierno, por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, hará en el personal y asignaciones de las oficinas recaudadoras los cambios y adiciones que se requieran para la pronta recaudación de este impuesto.
