Art. 4.° Entre tanto que se verifica la venta de dicho buque, los Presidentes o Jefes superiores de los Estados podrán celebrar contratos para su fletamento i administracion, dando cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo con copia auténtica de los contratos que celebren.
