Art. 1902. Si el vendedor no opone medio alguno de defensa, i se allana al saneamiento, podrá, con todo, el comprador sostener por sí mismo la defensa; i si es vencido, no tendrá derecho para exigir del vendedor el reembolso de las costas en que hubiere incurrido defendiéndose, ni el de los frutos percibidos durante dicha defensa i satisfechos al dueño.
