Los trabajadores independientes deberán presentar su declaración anual de Ingreso Base de Cotización, en los sitios fijados por la entidad administradora, en el mes de enero de cada año, a más tardar en las fechas señaladas para los pequeños aportantes en el artículo 14 , y según el último dígito de su documento de identidad.
