Suspensión de Trámites por incumplimientos. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional, podrá abstenerse de adelantar los trámites de cualquier operación presupuestal cuando las empresas no envíen los informes periódicos, la documentación complementaria que se le solicite o incumplan los objetivos y metas trazados en el Plan Financiero y en el Programa Macroeconómico del Gobierno Nacional.
