ACTAS DE LAS DILIGENCIAS. De las diligencias se levantará un acta que deberá ser firmada por el investigador, por las personas que hubieren intervenido durante las mismas y por el patrono o por quien hubiere atendido al personal de la diligencia. Si alguno se negare a firmar, el investigador dejará la constancia respectiva. En el acta que se levante por razón de la diligencia de inspección ocular o visita deberán quedar clara y detalladamente expresadas todas las circunstancias con indicación de las irregularidades que se observen y con la advertencia que de su contenido ha sido enterado el patrono o quien esté atendiendo la diligencia, de ella se podrá expedir copia autenticada a solicitud de parte interesada.
