Indemnizaciones . A los trabajadores, a quienes se les termine el contrato de trabajo como consecuencia de la supresión de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Buenaventura-Telbuenaventura S. A. E.S.P., se les reconocerá y pagará la indemnización prevista en el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
