° Créase el cargo de Revisor General de los Ferrocarriles del Norte (explotación) y del Sur, con una asignación mensual de trescientos pesos ($ 300), que se pagarán por iguales partes entre las dos empresas mencionadas, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor General Juan Clímaco Arbeláez.
