Art. 68. Si el buque estuviere provisto de los documentos de que trata el artículo 41, para alguno de los puertos nacionales, i entrare en puerto para el cual no se le hubieren espedido, no siendo para tomar carga o por justificada e imprescindible necesidad, como por naufrajio u otra cosa semejante, se pondrá todo el Resguardo en vijilancia para evitar la comunicación entre el buque i el puerto, esceptuando el caso de averia.
