Los contratos a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberán constar por escrito, si así no constaren, se presumirán celebrados de conformidad con los modelos que el Gobierno promulgara, previa audiencia de comisiones paritarias de propietarios y cultivadores, y en las condiciones usuales en la respectiva región, que no pugnen con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley.
