Decreto 3428 de 2003 · por medio del cual se reglamentan los artículos 59 de la Ley 812 de 2003 y 23 de la Ley 142 de 1994, en relación con los intercambios comerciales internacionales de gas natural y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º . De las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural. Los productores que comercialicen gas natural podrán construir, administrar, operar y mantener la infraestructura que se requiera para transportar el gas natural destinado a la exportación o importación; así mismo, podrán disponer de la capacidad de transporte de las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural.

Parágrafo

Cuando exista infraestructura de interconexiones internacionales utilizada tanto para las exportaciones como para las importaciones de gas natural el Ministerio de Minas y Energía promoverá la celebración de acuerdos bilaterales en busca de un tratamiento equitativo para el país, cuando a ello haya lugar.
