° El auxilio de alimentación para los empleados de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil será de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) por cada día de trabajo y se pagará con cargo al presupuesto de la entidad. También habrá lugar al pago de este auxilio cuando se trabaje ocasionalmente en día dominical o festivo en jornada de seis (6) horas o más. No se tendrá derecho a este auxilio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.
