Art. 38. Es prohibido al inspector de siembras i a los comisionados subalternos de la inspección recibir obsequio, regalo o gaje de cualquier especie que sea de los cultivadores de tabaco, i detenerse en sus casas mas tiempo del necesario para hacer visita de cada plantación, el Director de la renta, el factor respectivo i el inspector de siembras, promoverán cuando llegue el caso la remocion de los emplaados que infrinjieren esta disposición.
