ARTICULO 2.2.37.1.10. Programa de formación y capacitación. Para el desarrollo de las actividades en el marco del Plan Institucional de Capacitación, de acuerdo con los lineamientos que establece el Plan Nacional de Formación y Capacitación vigente, las entidades, organismos y órganos a quienes les aplica el presente capitulo, a través de sus áreas de talento humano o quienes hagan sus veces, deberán en lo posible gestionar las ofertas de capacitación de manera virtual.
