Art. 3°. Todos los fondos que existan en las oficinas públicas, pertenecientes al tesoro de la Nación, se remesaran inmediatamente a la Tesorería general, y mensualmente se enviaran a la misma oficina los sobrantes que aparezcan del corte de las cuentas.

Parágrafo

Oportunamente se comunicara a las oficinas de recaudación lo que el Gobierno resuelva que deba retenerse en cada una para atender a los gastos que deban hacerse en ellas.
