Las entidades que deban o puedan formular sus pedidos de drogas y demás elementos médicos y odontológicos a CORPAL, lo harán con la anticipación para su suministro y bajo las formas de pago que fijen los reglamentos de la institución. Estas últimas pueden conllevar la exigencia de la firma solidaria de determinadas instituciones de beneficencia o entidades o dependencias oficiales, semioficiales o personas de derecho privado, naturales o jurídicas.
