Artículo único. Por haber sido promovido al cargo de Ministro de Gobierno el señor don Enrique Arrázola, actual Gobernador del Departamento de Bolívar, encargase de este último puesto al doctor Fulgencio Lequerica Vélez, en su carácter de Secretario de Gobierno. Comuníquese y publíquese.
