Artículo único. Derógase el Decreto número 159 de fecha 2 de Marzo de 1910, y decláranse en vigor, mientras no fueren revocadas ó reformadas por el Cuerpo Legislativo, las disposiciones de los Decretos Ejecutivos números 166, 198 y 493 de 1906. Comuníquese y publíquese.
