Apropiase para atender los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1982, una suma igual a la del cálculo de las Rentas y Recursos de Capital del Tesoro de la Nación, determinado en el artículo anterior por valor de doscientos sesenta y seis mil quinientos treinta y tres millones ochocientos nueve mil pesos ($ 266.533.809.000), moneda legal, distribuida entre las distintas Ramas del Poder Público, así:
