º Facúltase al Comando del Ejército para expedir salvoconductos especiales que amparen el porte de armas de uso privativo de las Fuerzas Militares, en los Municipios de que trata el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, a quienes así lo soliciten, previo estudio de los antecedentes y necesidades, siempre y cuando en concepto del Comandante del Ejercito Nacional se haga imprescindible.
