Las partidas que hayan figurado en las relaciones de gastos a que alude el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, podrán reconocerse, ordenarse y pagarse, o reconocerse y ordenarse únicamente, en cualquiera de los meses de la respectiva vigencia fiscal sin necesidad de incluirlas en nuevas relaciones cuando las operaciones dichas no se efectúen en el mes del acuerdo.
