En conformidad con la autorización conferida al Gobierno Nacional por el artículo 2° de la Ley 33 de 1938, el Banco de la República procederá a contratar la acuñación de $ 500,000, en monedas de níquel, del peso y ley fijados en el Código Fiscal, que se darán inmediatamente a la circulación en las siguientes denominaciones: Moneda de $ 0-01 $ 69.201.74 Monedas de $ 0-02 67.446.96 Monedas de $ 0-05 363.351.30

Parágrafo

Con destino al cambio de monedas de níquel dañadas, se verificará una acuñación adicional de $ 50,000, distribuida así: Moneda de $ 0-01 $ 10.000.00 Monedas de $ 0-02 10.000.00 Monedas de $ 0-05 30.000.00
