Estipulación de obligaciones en moneda extranjera. Las obligaciones que se pacten en monedas o divisas extranjeras se cubrirán en la moneda o divisa estipulada, si fuere legalmente posible; en caso contrario se cubrirán en moneda legal colombiana, en los términos que fije la Junta Monetaria mediante normas de carácter general.
