Decreto 270 de 1967 · por el cual se reglamenta la emisión, operaciones gravables y el recaudo de estampillas con destino a la financiación de las construcciones necesarias para la instalación de las oficinas y dependencias del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, en desarrollo de la Ley 91 de 1965.
