Elévase al cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del producto liquido la participación que el artículo 3º de la Ley 64 de 1915 da o reconoce a los descubridores que denuncien al Gobierno la existencia de minas de sal o de fuentes saladas que se hallen en las regiones mencionadas en este artículo y en el 4º de la citada Ley.
