Escalafonamiento de profesionales. Los profesionales con título universitario de Facultad Mayor que aspiren a ser-esealafonados como Oficiales de los Servicios a que se refiere el artículo 30 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, deberán reunir los requisitos establecidos en el artículo anterior, y, además, presentar el titulo profesional correspondiente debidamente refrendado por la autoridad competente o, en su defecto, el acta de grado respectivo.
