La Comisión deberá sesionar veinte horas semanales por lo menos, y podrá designar subcomisiones encargadas de preparar anteproyectos sobre las distintas partes o capítulos en que se divida el trabajo. El Secretario tendrá voz en las deliberaciones. El Gobierno podrá establecer las sanciones que considere necesarias para el mejor cumplimiento de esta Ley.
