Art. 5.° Los individuos privados de la facultad de litigar al tenor de los artículos precedentes, no podrán hacer gestiones de ninguna clase ante las autoridades judiciales, no se les permitirá el examen de los expedientes que cursan en los Juzgados ó Tribunales. Podrán, empero, gestionar en causa criminal propia, Para las causas civiles en que tengan interés deberán servirse de apoderado.
