Póliza de cumplimiento. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de la obligación de permanencia de que trata el artículo anterior, el oficial, suboficial y alumnos constituirán una póliza de cumplimiento por conducto de una compañía de seguros legalmente establecida en el país, de conformidad con la reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
