Objeto. El presente título tiene como objeto reglamentar la distribución del treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) a favor del Gobierno nacional, de que trata el artículo 91 de la Ley 1708 de 2014, modificado por el artículo 22 de la Ley 1849 de 2017 y el artículo 50 de la Ley 2197 de 2022.
