ARTICULO 125 . Derechos y obligaciones de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de Reserva . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Reserva, tendrán los siguientes derechos y obligaciones

Ser tenido en cuenta para adelantar curso para ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior, siempre y cuando exista la necesidad institucional a juicio del respectivo Comando de Fuerza;

Asistir a ceremonias militares y protocolarias cuando el Comandante de la Guarnición lo estime conveniente;

Participar en actividades de cooperación civil y militar, a juicio del Comandante de la Guarnición;

No podrán utilizar el uniforme militar sin permiso del Comandante de la Guarnición, sin perjuicio de la acción penal respectiva. TITULO VI. NORMAS PARA LOS ALUMNOS DE LAS ESCUELAS DE FORMACION
