° Es absolutamente prohibido a las empresas de depósito a que se refiere el presente Decreto. Ejecutar operaciones de compraventa de frutos o productos de la misma naturaleza de aquellos a que se refieren los certificados de depósito o bonos de prenda qué emitan. Las contravenciones a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo, se castigarán con multas de $ 100 a $ 1,000, que impondrá en cada caso la Superintendencia Bancaria, la que podrá ordenar también la liquidación si hubiere reincidencia.
