Concluida la visita y firmada el acta, ésta y los documentos allegados serán estudiados por la vigilancia notarial. Si no se deducen irregularidades se le informará al notario. Si las irregularidades pueden constituir falta se elaborará un pliego de cargos del cual se dará traslado al notario visitado Si no tienen ese carácter se le amonestará de plano, si fuere del caso.
