° La Comisión gozará de franquicia postal, telegráfica, cablegrafía y telefónica; a solicitud suya, el Gobierno Nacional pondrá a su disposición el personal y los elementos materiales que sean necesarios y suministrará a sus miembros o a las personas que éstos designen, las facilidades indispensables para trasladarse a cualquier parte del territorio nacional.
