En desarrollo de las Leyes 129 de 1913, 30 de 1914 y 26 de 1915, en cuanto ellas se refieran al Ferrocarril del Espinal al Caquetá, el Gobierno procederá a hacer practicar los estudios definitivos de la primera sección, o sea la comprendida entre el Espinal y Neiva, en el curso de los primeros seis meses, desde la sanción de la presente Ley.
